Are you based in Missouri?

Yes. I'm based in Jefferson City, and a lot of my career has been statewide Missouri work. I directed the eFiling rollout that moved Missouri's courts from paper to digital across all 115 counties, served as a trustee and then elected chair of Missouri's $8B state employee pension fund, and modernized the technology at Missouri Employers Mutual as a technical program manager.

I also led tech strategy inside Missouri state government, including the state's first enterprise master-data implementation, which gave the state one source of record for the roughly 20,000 businesses it regulated. In the courts rollout I led 49 county implementations myself, because statewide adoption gets won one county at a time.

What have you built in Missouri with AI?

Two live Missouri products, both built solo with AI: MO Bill Watch, which tracks every bill filed in Missouri's 2026 legislative session, and JCMO Today, Jefferson City's local events calendar.

• MO Bill Watch maps all 3,142 Missouri legislative bills from the last session into plain English, a watch list, dates and subscribable calendars. It's the kind of complex, bill-tracking software that trade associations pay thousands for, but I aimed it at the people who can't: small local chambers, school boards, nonprofits, and everyday citizens that want to follow what's happening at the capitol. Going from a blank screen to a live, trusted domain with 3,403 pages took me exactly 36 hours, completely alone.
• JCMO Today is Jefferson City's local calendar, live since July 2026. It refreshes itself three times a day with nobody at the keyboard.
• I co-founded Capital AI here in Jefferson City, for people who would like to learn and grow together, and I gave a public talk on building an AI chief of staff at AI Business Breakfast #9 in Columbia on August 5, 2026.

Do you work with teams across the state?

Yes. My engagements are mostly remote, so I work with teams all over the state, in St. Louis, Kansas City, Columbia and smaller towns, the same way I work with clients across the US.

Do you only work with Missouri businesses?

No. Engagements are remote-first, and I work with clients across the United States. Missouri is where my own work is rooted, though, so a Missouri business gets someone who already knows how work gets done here, from county courthouses to state agencies.
